Safety and abuse

Report harmful or abusive files.

Biohost is built for simple file sharing, not for malware, illegal content, harassment, copyright abuse, or other harmful activity. Reports help keep the service usable.

What to report

Use the contact page to report files that violate the Biohost Terms of Service or create a safety, legal, or security concern.

  • Malware, phishing kits, credential theft, or malicious scripts.
  • Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, or non-consensual personal information.
  • Copyright or intellectual property complaints.
  • Files that impersonate Biohost or another service in a deceptive way.

What to include

A clear report is easier to review. Please include the Biohost file link and enough context for the admin team to understand the issue.

  1. The full Biohost URL for the file.
  2. The reason you believe the file should be removed.
  3. Any supporting details, references, or ownership information.
  4. A contact email in case follow-up is needed.

Do not download or open files you believe are malicious. Send the link and context instead.

What happens after a report

Reports are reviewed by the admin team. If a file violates the Terms of Service, it may be removed, disabled, or escalated for further action. Repeat abuse can lead to rate limiting, bans, or additional moderation.

Biohost may preserve technical records when needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
