Biohost provides temporary, anonymous file hosting services. Files uploaded to our service are stored temporarily and may be deleted at any time without notice. We are not a permanent storage solution.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or share any content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Promotes illegal activities or distribute illegal material.
Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report such content to authorities.

4. Content Removal & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any file and ban any user at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Biohost makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that files will be preserved or that the service will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Biohost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
