These terms explain the rules for using Biohost, including temporary file hosting, anonymous uploads, prohibited content, removal decisions, and service limitations.

By accessing or using Biohost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of service

Biohost provides temporary, anonymous file hosting and file sharing tools. Files uploaded to the Service may be temporary, may expire, and may be deleted at any time. Biohost is not a permanent storage or backup service.

3. User conduct and acceptable use

You agree not to upload, store, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
  • Contains malware, viruses, phishing kits, or malicious code.
  • Promotes illegal activity or distributes illegal material.
  • Contains child sexual abuse material. Biohost has a zero-tolerance policy and may report such content to authorities.

4. Content removal and termination

Biohost may remove files, disable links, restrict uploads, or ban users at its discretion, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms, security risk, abuse, legal concerns, or operational needs.

5. File availability

The Service is provided for convenience and temporary sharing. We do not guarantee that files will remain available, uninterrupted, recoverable, or preserved. Keep your own copies of files that matter.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Biohost makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, security, or availability.

7. Limitation of liability

Biohost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
